She followed up later in the day to help me plan for the next day, including setting intentions for meals and exercise.
Christine offered practical suggestions for what to include in my meals and shared creative ideas for managing healthy lunches, making it much easier to stay on track. Whenever I had a question, she responded quickly and thoughtfully. On the tougher days, Christine was understanding and realistic, encouraging me to keep going without judgment.
